Objective of the Role

We are hiring a disciplined and detail-oriented Inventory & Transaction Controller responsible for accurate data entry, stock records, and transaction control across inventory and production. This is a backend control role focused on accuracy and system discipline.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Entries & Control

• Ensure all issue and receipt entries are done accurately and on time
• Maintain real-time stock records in the system
• No backlog or delayed entries

2. Movement & Transaction Tracking

• Record movement of goods between store/safe, production, and vendors
• Maintain logs of who issued, who received, and when

3. Vendor Stock Management

• Track material sent to vendors and received back
• Maintain pending status and follow-ups

4. System Data Management

• Create and update jobs/styles, finished goods, repair/repeat orders
• Update rates and maintain system accuracy

5. Coordination

• Coordinate with store, production, and purchase teams
• Ensure smooth and accurate information flow

Software

• Gati (preferred, training can be provided)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
