Senior Logistics Coordinator - Import Export

As the Logistics Coordinator for the India Biopharma Affiliate, your role involves managing Import & Export Operations, License, and Incentives. You will be responsible for handling imports from multiple countries valued at 106 million Euro and exports to 23 countries with a turnover of 34 million Euro. Your key responsibilities include:

• Daily operations management and orchestration
• Third-party logistics management
• Inbound process management and compliance
• Supplier relationship management
• SLAs development and KPIs maintenance
• Customs management and warehouse management

You will be required to work closely with the Supply Chain team and collaborate with the global logistics organization to ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices, Regulatory requirements, Local Legislations, and Group Mandatory Controls. Additionally, you will handle tasks such as verification of pre-shipment documents, advance license applications, drawback tracking, customs audits, vendor performance assessment, and customs duty forecast preparation.

Your qualifications should include experience in Import compliances, Import & Export operations, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in English language. Preferred skills include team leadership, knowledge of import/export regulations and GDP, excellent systems skills, and understanding of KPIs & SLA management.
