Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of interior and civil works at site
• Supervise false ceiling, flooring, partitions, painting, carpentry, and finishing activities
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure drawings (2D/3D) are properly understood and executed on site
• Monitor project timelines and ensure work completion within deadlines
• Maintain quality standards and ensure work as per specifications
• Handle site measurements, billing, and BOQ verification
• Ensure proper material planning, procurement, and usage
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and updates

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs and civil construction
• Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred)
• Experience in project coordination and vendor management
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and site execution techniques
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication and team handling ability

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
