Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Equipment Sales and Service Person based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

Responsibilities include demonstrating and selling medical equipment to healthcare facilities, maintaining and repairing devices as needed, offering technical support, and conducting training sessions for staff using the equipment. The role may also involve managing customer relationships, following up on service requests, and keeping detailed service records to ensure optimal performance of medical devices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical fields such as Medicine, Cardiology, and Neurology
• Understanding of specialized areas like Orthopedic Surgery and Treatment methodologies
• Experience in technical service and maintenance of medical equipment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions
• Proficiency in managing time effectively while addressing service requests
• Flexibility to travel locally for on-site service and support tasks
• A degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Prior experience in a healthcare or medical equipment sales and service role is beneficial
