Job Description
Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing HR service delivery across technical sites, including managing onboarding, workforce administration, time & attendance, payroll coordination, and offboarding tailored to the needs of a multi-shift environment. Additionally, you will ensure that HR services are accessible and responsive to employees working across various shifts, including early morning, night, and weekend schedules. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate HR operational services across technical sites - Ensure HR services are accessible and responsive to employees working across various shifts - Collaborate with Employee Relations and Legal teams to ensure HR practices comply with collective labor agreements and local labor laws - Serve as a key point of contact for site leadership, line managers, and employees - Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize HR processes across sites - Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports to support audits and operational reviews - Liaise with external service providers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery - Lead or contribute to HR operational projects Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred - Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations or service delivery, ideally within a manufacturing or technical operations environment - Strong understanding of shift-based workforce dynamics and experience working in unionized settings - Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) and time & attendance tools - Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills - Knowledge of local labor laws and collective bargaining agreements - Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an asset Additional Company Details: Sandoz is a leader in the generic and biosimilar medicines sector, providing over 900 million patient treatments across 100 countries in 2024.
