Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Lawyer located in Noida, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, managing case files, providing legal advice, and assisting senior attorneys on various matters. Day-to-day tasks may also include liaising with clients, representing them during proceedings, and staying updated with relevant legal developments.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Legal Research, Case Analysis, and Legal Drafting
• Proficiency in Contract Review, Case Document Management, and Litigation Support
• Understanding of Corporate Law, Civil Law, and Regulatory Compliance
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Client Management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
• Proficiency with legal research tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; an LLM is a plus
• Enrollment with the Bar Council of India is required
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience; internships will also be considered
