• Lead and manage end-to-end aerospace programs from initiation to delivery
• Develop and track project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams: engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and supply chain
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards such as AS9100 and regulatory requirements
• Manage customer communication and act as the primary point of contact
• Monitor program KPIs: cost, schedule, scope, and quality
