Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage field sales teams, and expand our distribution network across the assigned region. The role requires strong leadership, market understanding, and target-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

• Achieve regional sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Monitor primary & secondary sales performance

Team Management

• Lead and manage a team of Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs)
• Ensure proper field coverage, discipline, and productivity
• Train, guide, and motivate the sales team

Distributor Development

• Appoint and manage distributors across districts
• Strengthen dealer network and ensure product availability
• Monitor distributor performance and collections

Market Development

• Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and key accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas

Reporting & Monitoring

• Ensure accurate reporting through CRM / field tracking systems (SEFMED)
• Review team performance and provide regular updates to management
• Maintain MIS, sales reports, and forecasting

Skills & Requirements

✔ Strong leadership and team handling skills

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation ability

✔ Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

✔ Good knowledge of sales reporting & field operations

✔ Willingness to travel extensively

Experience & Qualification

• Experience: 4–8 years in Pharma / Medical Devices Sales
• Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred)
