About the role:
Samsara’s Fleet Safety team is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our growing team. As a Senior Staff Engineer at Samsara, you will be a senior technical leader who brings new ideas and expertise to guide the team’s technical architecture to enable novel features and customer use cases. You will leverage your experience with the rapidly evolving space of AI technology to create innovative new solutions to solve real-world problems in physical operations and save lives.
Samsara’s Fleet Safety team builds a comprehensive solution utilizing Samsara’s GPS Fleet Tracking and AI Dash Cam hardware products to improve driver safety using AI and data to create products that provide real-time driver feedback and streamline video-based coaching. Samsara customers depend on these features to create safety programs that dramatically improve driver safety, reward safe driving practices, and build trust by exonerating drivers in no-fault accidents.
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US.
