About the role:

Samsara is looking for a Sales Operations Senior Analyst to play a critical role in scaling systems, processes and policies for the Deal Support (Deal Execution + Deal Strategy) organization. This role will partner with leaders across Samsara’s go-to-market teams to design, build and run critical business capabilities for our world-class sales organization. This role will have an outsized impact on the future of our sales organization by helping us Build for The Long Term as we grow past $1BN in revenue.  We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of leading transformative initiatives. The ideal individual will possess experience in seamlessly integrating people, processes, and technology to develop sophisticated solutions for business challenges throughout the entire pre-sales customer journey.

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D.C.

In this role, you will:

  • Continuous Improvement: Partner with our Sales, Sales Ops, and cross-functional leaders to enable Deal Support to scale effectively, including process optimization, process redesign, or development of new process/policies 
  • Project Scoping, Resourcing, and Prioritization: Work closely with business stakeholders to identify, scope, resource, and prioritize strategic projects that improve the Sales experience 
  • Measure: Develop operational measurements and KPIs to identify business process issues and provide recommendati
