Role Overview
The Manager- Sales & Marketing will be a senior leadership role responsible for establishing and growing Eumobel's India business. This includes managing the flagship store, driving sales strategy, leading marketing and brand development, and building a pan-India retail network. The role demands strong experience in luxury retail, store expansion, and brand building.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Business Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all product lines.
- Lead and manage the flagship store operations to deliver exceptional sales performance.
- Build strong client relationships and drive a high-value customer experience in the luxury segment.
- Identify new opportunities for business development and partnerships (architects, interior designers, developers, etc.).
Store Management & Expansion
- Oversee day‑to‑day functioning of the flagship store, including team performance, customer experience, and operational standards.
- Lead the planning, opening, and management of new stores across major Indian cities.
- Evaluate potential locations, conduct market/competitor analysis, and create an expansion roadmap.
- Ensure all stores maintain Eumobels international luxury retail standards.
Brand Development & Marketing
- Build and position Eumobel as a premium European furniture brand in India.
- Design and implement marketing strategies across digital, offline, PR, and events.
- Collaborate with European teams to ensure brand consistency across markets.
- Launch marketing campaigns, brand events, exhibitions, and collaborations with luxury influencers.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage sales, marketing, and store teams.
- Develop performance KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.
- Build a culture of excellence, customer‑first mindset, and luxury service standards.
Product & International Collaboration
- Coordinate with the Germany team for product training, updates, launches, and customization options.
- Travel internationally when required for training, buying meetings, and brand showcases.
- Understand product specifications deeply to guide sales teams and clients effectively.
Qualification
- 10-18 years of experience in luxury retail, premium furniture, lifestyle brands, or high‑end showrooms.
- Must have experience handling flagship stores and managing store performance.
- Proven track record in store expansion, new store launches, and driving multi‑city operations.
- Strong experience in sales leadership, brand building, and premium customer experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Exposure to global brands or international product training will be an added advantage.
