Position: Program Manager – Local Area Development
Location: Pithampur (Dhar, Dewas & Indore), MP
Type: Full-Time
Salary: ?5.4 LPA (Fixed)
Working Days: Mon–Sat | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Leave: 12 CL/year (No carry forward)

Role Overview
Lead implementation of urban community development initiatives focused on digital inclusion, health, women empowerment (SHGs & livelihoods), remedial education, and access to government services, targeting vulnerable populations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project implementation across assigned areas
- Plan, monitor, and report program activities (MIS & documentation)
- Lead field teams and ensure target achievement
- Strengthen SHGs and support women-led livelihood initiatives
- Facilitate community health interventions and service linkages
- Oversee remedial education support for children and adolescents
- Liaise with government departments, ULBs, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with budgets and donor requirements

Eligibility
- Master’s in Social Work / Development / Public Health / Education or related field
- 7–10 years’ experience in program management (health/SHG/livelihood/education preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication (Hindi & English), and reporting skills
- Field-oriented; willing to travel locally
