As a Warehouse Operations Manager, your role will involve managing end-to-end warehouse operations to ensure efficient and accurate processes. You will be responsible for overseeing activities such as receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensuring inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation
• Overseeing inbound and outbound logistics for timely and accurate dispatches
• Optimizing warehouse layout and space utilization for operational efficiency
• Leading, supervising, and training warehouse staff to ensure productivity and discipline
• Monitoring and improving warehouse KPIs such as TAT, order accuracy, and inventory variance
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinating with transport, procurement, and supply chain teams for smooth operations
• Maintaining proper documentation, reporting, and tracking using WMS/ERP systems
• Ensuring proper usage and maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure

• Strong experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG sector
• Expertise in inventory management, stock control, and audits
• Hands-on experience with WMS, ERP systems, and MS Excel
• Strong team handling and workforce management skills

• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills

Mandatory requirements for this position include:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG warehouse operations
• Maximum experience of 12 years
• Fluency in Hindi, Kannada, and English
