Real Estate Transactions Associate

Our AmLaw 20 law firm client is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior Real Estate Transactions Associate to join their practice across multiple offices, including Boston, New York, Washington, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Santa Monica. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Ideal Candidate:

• J.D. 2018 – 2022
• 3–6 years of experience in real estate transactions
• Substantial experience with some combination of complex real estate financings (lender and/or borrower-side), joint ventures, acquisitions, and/or dispositions
• Exposure across multiple deal types (e.g., office, multi-family, industrial, retail, or hospitality) is a plus
• Licensed in the state of the desired office location
