As a Principal Solution Engineer at Salesforce, your role will involve collaborating closely with Sales teams to navigate territories, fostering productive relationships with prospects and existing customers. As a qualified candidate for this role, you will possess the following skills:
- Relevant Industry experience with Travel, Transport and Hospitality Industries, exposure to Salesforce will be a plus but not mandatory
- 12+ years of relevant experience in the IT Industry, either pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions, supporting the sales cycle in selling CRM or high value business solutions.
- Strong focus and experience in pre-sales or implementation is required.
- Experience in demonstrating Customer engagement solution, understand and drive use cases, customer journeys, ability to draw Day in life of across different LOBs.
- Business Analysis/ Business case/return on investment construction.
- Experience in sophisticated solution selling to Enterprise customers
- A broad understanding of and ability to articulate the benefits of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing and Mobile solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.
- Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills.
