🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain server performance, availability, and uptime.
• Provide first-level support for server-related issues and incidents.
• Assist in server setup, configuration, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related server issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and backups.
• Support user access management and system permissions.
• Document issues, solutions, and system configurations.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior engineers when necessary.

✅ Requirements

• Basic knowledge of server environments (Windows Server, Linux).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, firewalls).
• Familiarity with virtualization or cloud platforms is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work remotely.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, Linux, or cloud certifications) are a plus.
• Internship or hands-on experience in IT support or server management is preferred but not required.
