Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of a client seeking an experienced field-based Sales Representative to support growth across healthcare and technology verticals. This is a dual-focus, co-selling role spanning healthcare solutions in the long-term care (LTC) sector and managed IT / SaaS solutions for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise clients.
The role is primarily focused on LTC field sales and relationship development, with a secondary focus on broader B2B SaaS and managed IT sales.
This is a hunter-driven, client-facing role requiring strong healthcare relationships and the ability to sell across multiple product lines and stakeholders.
Role Summary
- Field sales role, co-selling across two business lines

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships within LTC and senior healthcare facilities across Ontario/GTA
- Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and solution discussions with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders
- Drive new business across both healthcare solutions and managed IT / SaaS offerings

- Build and maintain a strong, multi-product pipeline
- Support contract activation and facility-level adoption within healthcare networks
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking, forecasting, and activity reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and success
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of experience in healthcare IT, SaaS, managed services, or medical sales, with strong access to the LTC sector.

- Existing relationships within LTC facilities (administrators, DONs, IT directors, and healthcare leadership)
- Ability to identify and name specific facilities and stakeholders within territory
- Strong SaaS or B2B technology sales experience (pipeline management, CRM discipline, forecasting)
