Senior SharePoint Administrator 💰 Salary: $160,001 - 200,000 per year

📝 Rquirements:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field, or comparable experience
• At least 14 years of experience in the IT field; 12 years with a Masters degree may be considered
• Minimum 9 years of experience in a SharePoint environment
• Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016 administration, architecture, and design
• Expertise in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Familiarity with JSON
• Experience providing end-user or customer support within an IT context
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft M365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:

• Design and implement tools and technologies that enhance knowledge management and collaboration across the organization
• Serve as the primary contact and provide Tier 1-3 support for Microsoft SharePoint Online service requests
• Conduct routine and complex administrative updates, manage accounts, group permissions, metadata configurations, global navigation, and notifications
• Oversee SharePoint Online tenant production portal site collections and their configuration in alignment with government leadership guidance
• Engineer and develop new SharePoint sites, features, libraries, lists, and workflows utilizing industry best practices
• Automate business processes, gather data, and create dashboards using the Power Platform
• Create and sustain internal documentation of governance, policies, plans, and quick reference guides associated with administration and application support
• Provide leadership and mentorship to fellow teammates
