Microsoft Intune Administrator

Description

SAIC is looking for a Microsoft Intune Administrator to assist in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise endpoint management using both Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Microsoft Intune to join our team in Washington D.C.

• Design, deploy, and manage endpoint environments using both MECM and Intune.
• Configure and manage tools like Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning.
• Handle application packaging, software distribution, and patch management for security and updates.
• Develop and enforce security and compliance policies, including Conditional Access and device encryption, in collaboration with security teams.
• Use PowerShell and other scripting languages to automate tasks, deployments, and configurations.
• Provide advanced (L3) technical support to resolve complex issues related to device management.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 9 years of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust requiring U.S. Citizenship.
• Deep experience with Microsoft Intune and MECM (SCCM).
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD, M365 services (like Exchange Online and SharePoint), and Group Policy.
• Familiarity with modern security practices like MFA and Conditional Access.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
• Experience in system administration or engineering roles, often with a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Experience with cross-platform device management (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) is often required.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
