SAIC is seeking a Finance Manager – Special Access Programs (SAP). The Finance Manager will provide financial oversight, analysis, and leadership for large-scale government technology programs. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with SAP financial systems, Air Force financial environments, and major financial management programs.
This position is contingent upon contract award and will require full-time, onsite work at the Pentagon and/or the Mark Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial management activities for major technology development, manufacturing, integration, and testing programs exceeding $100M.
- Provide financial oversight, reporting, trend analysis, and forecasting in alignment with Air Force and DoW requirements.
- Serve as a senior liaison between program teams, government stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Apply Secretary of the Air Force/Financial Management, Investment and Budget Branch (SAF/FMBIB) policies, procedures, and standards.
- Utilize SAP and related financial systems to manage program data and support decision-making.

- Oversee the use of AF SAP CORE, CV2, and SAFES systems for reporting and compliance.
- Develop and monitor budgets, funding profiles, financial documentation, and audit-ready records.
- Prepare and deliver high-level financial briefings for leadership.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- Fifteen (15) years of SAP project management, project liaison, and statistical analysis experience.
- Ten (10) years of major program financial leadership supporting programs valued over $100M.
- Eight (8) years of experience with AF SAP CORE, CV2, and SAFES systems.
- Five (5) years of experience applying SAF/FMBIB policies, procedures, and standards or leading a comparable financial portfolio.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- TS/SCI with SAP eligibility
- US citizenship

- Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Prior military or Department of Defense experience.
- Experience working in or supporting Special Access Program (SAP) environments.
