Role Description

The QC Incharge will oversee and manage quality control processes to ensure product compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, conducting quality inspections, analyzing test results, and implementing quality improvement measures. The QC Incharge will also manage record-keeping, maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Nalgonda.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Quality Control processes, quality assurance, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in laboratory testing, sample analysis, and handling testing equipment.
• Strong ability in documentation, process monitoring, and maintaining inspection records.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory frameworks relevant to the industry.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.
• Previous experience in quality management within a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is an advantage.
