Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee and manage daily operational activities in our Retail Signage division. This role involves coordinating site survey by team, production scheduling, vendor and labor management, logistics, installation oversight, and ensuring quality standards are met for all signage projects across in-shop and out-shop locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of operational workflows, vendor handling, and on-ground execution in the signage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Plan and track end-to-end execution of retail signage projects from site survey to installation.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, material requirement plans, and manpower deployment charts.
- Coordinate with clients, design teams, and production teams to ensure specifications are correctly interpreted.
Site & Reckee Management:
- Arrange and manage site surveys (reckees done by team) to collect accurate measurements, photographs, and site conditions.
- Review reckee reports and drawings to confirm feasibility and highlight potential challenges.
Production & Vendor Management:
- Issue work orders to vendors/fabricators with detailed specifications and timelines.
- Track production progress of flex boards, glow sign boards, ACP panels, vinyl jobs, sunboards, translites, etc.
- Ensure quality checks are performed before dispatch.
Logistics & Installation:
- Plan logistics for timely delivery of signage materials to sites.
- Coordinate installation teams and oversee on-site execution.
- Resolve on-ground issues and ensure proper finishing and safety compliance.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain project documentation including purchase orders, delivery challans, completion reports, and photos.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on project status and highlight delays or resource requirements.
Cost & Vendor Control:
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and contractors to ensure cost efficiency.
- Verify vendor bills against work done before forwarding for payment.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Graduate
- 2-3 years experience in Operations
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp, and basic project tracking tools.

- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
