Role Overview: We are hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a high-intensity calling role focused on booking qualified sales meetings. This role requires working in the night shift (aligned with US/UK markets) and is ideal for candidates who thrive in a target-driven, high-volume calling environment.
Primary Responsibilities: 1.
Outbound
Calling (Core Responsibility) ● Make 80–120 outbound calls daily to prospective clients ● Engage with decision-makers and drive meaningful conversations ● Handle objections confidently and persist through follow-ups 2.
Appointment
Setting (Primary Goal) ● Qualify leads based on relevance, need, and intent ● Book a minimum of 3 qualified meetings per day ● Schedule meetings with the appropriate stakeholders ● Ensure confirmations and attendance 3. Lead Follow-Ups ● Execute structured follow-ups via: ● Email ● LinkedIn ● WhatsApp/SMS (if required) ● Follow a defined outreach cadence 4.
Inbound Lead
Handling ● Respond quickly to inbound inquiries ● Convert inbound leads into scheduled meetings 5.
