Role Description

The Service Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position located in Glen Burnie, MD. The individual in this role will be responsible for assisting customers with their aftersales needs, providing expert advice on vehicle service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. Key tasks include assessing vehicle service needs, coordinating with technicians, and maintaining effective communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction and trust.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and general Customer Service
• Exceptional Communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Experience in Aftersales operations or automotive service environments
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
