Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring swift and friendly service.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations with excellent time management skills to provide prompt service during busy hours.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales, utilizing your knowledge of the food industry, brewing, and catering options.
• Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures; process payments swiftly using POS systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including bar stations and dining spaces, following food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during special events such as banquets or nightclubs, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Bilingual Spanish/English

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that engages guests positively.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables or bar sections efficiently during peak hours.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate billing and sales calculations.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within a licensed environment; familiarity with beverage offerings including brewing is a plus.
