Role & Responsibilities

• Plan and manage open field crop production activities
• Monitor soil health, irrigation schedules, and nutrient management
• Identify and control pests, diseases, and weeds effectively
• Supervise field workers and daily farming operations
• Maintain records of crop cycles, inputs, and yields
• Ensure optimal productivity and quality of crops
• Implement modern and sustainable farming practices

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (B.Sc Agriculture) or related field
• Minimum

1 year of hands-on experience

in open field farming

• Basic knowledge of crop management, fertilizers, and pest control
• Ability to manage field staff and operations
• Willingness to work on-site in farm locations
