Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: o Perform diagnostic tests on generators to identify mechanical and electrical issues. 2. Repairs and Maintenance: o Conduct routine maintenance on gensets, including oil changes, filter replacements, and coolant checks. o Repair or replace faulty components such as alternators, starters, fuel systems, and control panels. 3. Installation and Commissioning: o Assist in the installation and commissioning of new gensets at customer sites. o Ensure proper setup, calibration, and functioning of all components. 4. Customer Service: o Interact with customers to explain repair and maintenance work. o Provide recommendations on generator upkeep and answer technical questions. o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and support. 5. Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain detailed records of all service work performed.
