Job Description
Senior Data Scientist who specializes in Computer Vision technology to develop and deploy AI/ML driven solutions for IT/OT systems
Saskatoon - 1 year contract in office
Must have:
- Experience as a Senior Data Scientist specializing in developing Computer Vision (visual analytics) systems
- Experience developing and deploying AI/ML driven solutions for IT/OT / systems
- Deep technical proficiency with Python, the Unix OS ecosystem, containerization, virtualization, and familiarity with C++ and memory management
- Development of low-latency frame-decoding, processing, and ML inference utilizing highly efficient on-GPU pipelines (gstreamer, deepstream)
- Expertise with a broad array of CV & ML toolsets including Pytorch, accelerated OpenCV, CUDA, Gstreamer, Deepstream and supporting libraries such as CuPy.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with monitored industrial processes (e.g. Belt conveyors, continuous miners, loadout equipment)
