Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Technician/Installer to join our team and deliver exceptional climate control solutions to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing systems. Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience is required.
• Proven experience as a service technician or installer in the HVAC industry with a strong understanding of HVAC systems.
• Hands-on experience with construction projects involving HVAC installation or property maintenance is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design principles to facilitate accurate system setup.
• Mechanical knowledge covering refrigeration systems and boiler operation is essential.
• Familiarity with plumbing techniques relevant to HVAC systems, including pipe fitting and leak detection.
• Experience operating diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues within HVAC equipment.
• Ability to perform appliance repair and conduct general maintenance tasks efficiently in field service environments.
• Welding skills for fabrication or repair tasks involving metal components of HVAC systems are a plus.
• Mechanical or mechanic experience that enhances understanding of complex machinery is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment (including ammonia refrigeration), and related mechanical components.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately execute installations and repairs.
• Perform field service tasks such as diagnosing system issues using tools like ohmmeters and performing equipment repairs or replacements.
• Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems including pipe fitting, leak detection, and drainage setup.
• Operate welding equipment for custom fabrication or repair of HVAC components when necessary.
• Maintain property by ensuring HVAC systems are functioning efficiently, performing routine maintenance checks, and addressing any mechanical failures promptly.
• Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems to ensure seamless installation and service delivery.
• Document all work performed thoroughly and accurately in service reports for future reference.
• Follow safety procedures diligently during all phases of installation and repair work.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
