Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist based in Tambaram. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing and implementing therapeutic plans, and conducting one-on-one or group therapy sessions. The role involves using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, providing support to children and their families, monitoring progress, and ensuring the implementation of tailored behavioral strategies. Additionally, the therapist will collaborate with colleagues for case discussions and contribute to creating a positive therapeutic environment for all clients.

Qualifications

• Basic psychology degree is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and expertise in general Behavior Analysis techniques
• Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively connect with clients, families, and team members.
• A background in Psychology with practical understanding and application of psychological principles.
• Experience in Working With Children, including developing and conducting child-specific therapy plans.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
• Excellent observational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in ABA therapy or relevant behavioral therapy practices (preferred).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethical standards.
