Aprt from its four campuses accommodating 1200 student, RVG is expanding by a new campus at Marol Mumbai accommodating around 2000 student with an investment of Rs. 350 crores.

Position Summary: The IT manager will be responsible for ensuring the seamless, uninterrupted operation of all digital infrastructure supporting our institution of 1,200+ CA students. This critical role encompasses comprehensive oversight of mission-critical systems including enterprise ERP solutions, cloud-based administrative platforms, security infrastructure, and educational technology systems. The position demands excellence in vendor management and operational efficiency to maintain 24/7 system availability and optimal performance.

Education Qualification: Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Experience: 5–7 years in IT coordination and vendor oversight. Proven track record in educational or institutional IT environments preferred.

Technical Skills and Competencies: Networking, cloud, CCTV/ERP/AV fundamentals; Windows/Office troubleshooting. Exemplary organisational capability, proactive issue resolution, multi-vendor proficiency, and Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken/written). Strong technical documentation skills.

Core Responsibilities:

Vendor & System Management

ü Act as principal liaison for IT AMCs; direct engineers to meet SLAs.

ü Liaise with ERP provider for flawless admissions and records processing.

ü Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and manage escalations.

Infrastructure Maintenance

ü Sustain CCTV surveillance with continuous recording and backups.

ü Maintain flap gate systems for secure access control.

ü Optimize auditorium AV for event readiness.

Cloud & Network Operations

ü Oversee cloud platforms for seamless administrative access.

ü Resolve Wi-Fi/LAN issues; enforce data backups and security.

User Support

ü Provide Level 1 troubleshooting for staff/students.

ü Conduct training on ERP, cloud, and productivity tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
