Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Nurse Trainer with strong clinical knowledge and excellent presentation skills. The candidate will be responsible for training healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers on product usage, ensuring effective complaint management, and delivering high-quality field support. The ideal candidate should have experience in Neuro/CNS segments, surgical procedures, and handling needles, along with a solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for doctors on usage of our product APOSAN, clinical benefits, and handling procedures.
• Provide hands-on training to patients and their caregivers regarding product application and safety.
• Deliver engaging presentations to healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Manage and resolve product-related complaints efficiently with a problem-solving approach.
• Ensure minimal complaints through proactive training and guidance.
• Support field teams with clinical expertise and product demonstrations.
• Travel extensively to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centres for training and support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of training sessions and complaint handling.

• Effective communication and soft skills while interacting with doctors and patients.
• High-quality presentation and training delivery.
• Active field engagement and relationship building with healthcare professionals.
• Willingness for frequent travel.
• Strong clinical exposure in Neuro / CNS / Surgical / Needle-based procedures.

• Reduction in product-related complaints through proper training.
• Feedback from doctors, patients, and internal stakeholders on training effectiveness.
