UX Designer

We proudly offer a video platform, cloud services, advertising solutions, and a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet.</span></p></div><p>Rumble is seeking a <strong>UX Designer </strong>who will shape and enhance how users and creators experience our products every day.</p> <p><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Translate product requirements, concepts, and research into meaningful, engaging user experiences for Web, Mobile App and OTT formats</li> <li>Evolve layouts and interaction patterns over time, helping shape and refine our visual language and Design System.</li> <li>Contribute to product direction by bringing a user‑centered lens to roadmap discussions and longer‑term planning.</li> <li>Design intuitive, elegant flows and experiences as well as low to high fidelity prototypes for executive reviews</li> <li>Proactively create and update design documentation</li> <li>Plan and participate in usability studies and other forms of user research, then turn findings into concrete design decisions.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Champion and mature our brand guidelines throughout our product portfolio; actively participate in the development of a Design System for our existing digital products including visual styles, components, pattern libraries, and documentation</li> <li>Experience driving UX work that spans multiple cross-functional teams or product areas, aligning stakeholders around shared patterns and outcomes to ensure a smooth development process</li> <li>Other duties, as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Submit a portfolio link with your application</li> <li>5+ years of experience designing native mobile apps, responsive web, and OTT apps with a strong portfolio of design work</li> <li>Strong expertise in Figma, and other design tools</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and performs with a high degree of diligence</li> <li>Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities</li> <li>Proactive and motivated by challenges</li> <li>Experience with creating/maintaining components, pattern libraries, and guidelines documentation</li> <li>Ability to translate constructive criticism to enhanced results</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and people skills<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualification</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of branding</li> <li>Experience in a marketing design agency / designing marketing assets</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Annual Compensation Range:&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">$97,000 - $115,000 USD base + benefits + equity (If based in the United States)</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">$81,000 - $100,000 CAD base + benefits + equity (If based in Canada)</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Note: The salary range listed for this position is a good faith estimate based on experience, qualifications, and internal compensation structure.
