Responsibilities

• Educate clients on financial products and services, promoting sales when appropriate.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients.
• Promote financial products and services to enhance customer relationships.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance, to ensure adherence in all transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer relationships.

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
• Proven experience in telemarketing or outside sales is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate client needs and market conditions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing client accounts.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year (uncapped)

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week

Supplemental Pay:
