About the Company
Rudra Corporate Security & Manpower Services is a growing organization providing professional Security services to residential communities, commercial properties, educational institutions, and corporate clients across Hyderabad.
We manage field manpower such as security guards, supervisors, and housekeeping staff across multiple client locations. The role focuses on handling workforce operations, statutory compliance, and labour relations for deployed manpower.
Role Purpose
We are looking for a practical and ground-level HR professional who understands manpower deployment environments.
This role is not a corporate desk HR role — it involves handling field staff, labour compliance, and coordination with operations teams and clients.
Candidates from facility management, security services, payroll/statutory consulting offices, or labour contractor background will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Statutory & Compliance (Primary Responsibility)
- Maintain PF, ESI and labour law records
- Preparation and submission of statutory forms (Form 5, 10, 11, etc.)
- Minimum wages compliance and wage structure verification
- Maintain employee registers and statutory documentation
- Handle labour office communication and inspections
- Coordinate for police verification documentation
- Ensure compliance under Contract Labour Act and Shops & Establishment Act
- Support POSH committee documentation and records
2. Labour Relations & Employee Handling
- Address salary disputes, absenteeism, and field grievances
- Handle disciplinary issues and counselling of guards/staff
- Conduct joining formalities and documentation
- Support supervisors in managing manpower at sites
- Assist in replacement manpower coordination
3. Payroll & Documentation
- Attendance verification from sites
- Support salary processing and wage sheet preparation
- Maintain employee database and joining records
- Coordinate full & final settlements
- Maintain leave and deployment records
4. Recruitment Support
- Coordinate interviews for guards and supervisors
- Tele-calling and follow-up for joining candidates
- Arrange deployment and joining communication with operations team
Required Candidate Profile
- 3–8 years experience in HR/Compliance/Time Office/Payroll/IR
- Experience in security agency / facility management / hospital / manufacturing / staffing company preferred
- Good knowledge of PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Bonus Act, and labour documentation
- Ability to handle blue-collar manpower
- Comfortable interacting with labour officers and site supervisors
- Practical, responsible, and field-oriented personality
