Job Description

· Responsible for handing entire CRM Post sale activities from onboarding to possession

· Preparation and issue of Allotment Letters, Demand Letters, Reminders and Agreement of sale with due diligence

· Ensure follow up for customer documents collection and home loan processing

· Prompt Follow-up with customers for instalments payment due & overdues

· Prepare MIS reports of payment receivables, outstanding etc

· Coordinating with Sales team & Accounts Team regularly with regards to payments clearance & customer account reconciliations

· Respond and resolve all kinds of customer queries and concerns to the complete satisfaction of customers

· Ensure customers units are handed over to their satisfaction and as per SOP, which includes snagging and de-snagging process.

· Follow-up with customers through calls/mail/Letters/WhatsApp for timely payment.

· Responsible for the timely refund to customers on cancellation of units, by coordinating with the accounts department.

· Monitoring and ensuring timely handover formalities after complete payment and documentation.

· End to end coordination with customers and registration agent for stamp duty/GST payments and until completion of the entire registration process.

  • Coordinate with customers from sale to handover of property.
  • Coordinate with customers and support in execution of loan and registration process.
  • Contribute in preparation of the service charges to be recovered from the customers for operation and maintenance services in consultation with the Senior Management
  • Ensure effective and continuous feedback mechanism with the customers and customize operations and maintenance services accordingly
  • Provide inputs to the marketing team to conceptualize and execute various events across different properties to enhance brand image
  • Ensure effective execution of services as per lease and service level agreements in close coordination with vendors and customers
  • Interface closely with the project delivery team to be aware of the key design parameters
  • Ensure effective handholding of customers from the date of sale till possession and oversee responses to customer needs and queries.

Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience as CRM Real Estate industry.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Role: Customer Service

Professional Speaking English, Kannada and Hindi.
