We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Systems Network Administrator to join our innovative IT team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network and system infrastructures that supports the customer’s goals and objectives. Your expertise will ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance, enabling seamless connectivity and data flow across all platforms. Qualifications

  • Clearance: Current Top Secret with the ability obtain and maintain SCI.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a minimum of five (five) years of relevant experience.
  • Must possess current DoD 8570 IAT II and CCNA (or equivalent) certifications.
  • Experience with STIG implementation and RMF environment.
  • Experience in classified or air-gapped environments.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
  • Manage and support VMware vSphere, ESXi, and other hypervisors.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
  • Support authentication platforms such as Keycloak and other identity systems.
  • Perform system hardening in compliance with DoD STIGs.
  • Provide Tier II/III help desk support in secure environments.
  • Troubleshoot Layer 2 networking issues.
  • Support and maintain Cisco networking equipment, including ASA firewalls.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
  • Support patch management and vulnerability remediation
  • Maintain documentation and configuration baselines.

Preferred Certifications

  • CCNA.
  • Microsoft Certifications (MCSA, MCSE, Azure Admin, etc.
  • Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or DoD Cloud environments).
  • CISSP or CISM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
