Account Manager - US Staffing

We are hiring an Account Manager with strong experience in US IT Staffing , specifically someone who can acquire and manage SAP client accounts and build long-term partnerships.

This role is focused on account acquisition + relationship building , not bench sales or generic recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new SAP client accounts and implementation partners
• Manage and grow existing client relationships
• Generate SAP requirements across modules (S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, etc.)
• Conduct client calls, capability presentations, and service walkthroughs
• Position SAP consultants based on client needs
• Work closely with internal delivery & bench sales team

Required Experience (STRICT)

• 3–8 years in US IT Staffing (Account Management / Client Acquisition)
• Proven experience:
• Working with direct clients OR implementation partners
• Strong understanding of:
• W2 / C2C models
• Vendor onboarding process
• Exposure to SAP requirements / SAP clients is REQUIRED
