Organizational Development Consultant

Become the key player in transforming organizational culture as an Organizational Development Consultant at RRC Polytech. This full-time role focuses on employee learning, program planning, and consultation.

As part of the Centre for Learning and Program Excellence, you will support strategic initiatives through research, curriculum design, and project management. Your expertise will enhance workforce competencies, improve engagement, and foster collaboration among faculty, employees, and leaders. You will directly influence RRC Polytech's vision through innovative learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and review employee learning curricula
• Support program coordination and logistical assistance
• Conduct research and prepare proposals for leadership
• Facilitate hybrid workshops and team consultations
• Manage projects and assess change initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in education, business, or HR-related field
• Experience in proposal preparation and research
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies
• Proven project management experience
