We are looking for a seasoned BFSI professional to lead and expand our corporate partnerships while driving impactful job guarantee programs.

Role Overview A leadership role focused on building strong relationships with BFSI organizations and ensuring consistent placement opportunities through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end partnerships with

Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs & Insurance companies

• Drive business growth through

hunting, mining & farming of key accounts

• Onboard new

BFSI partners for job guarantee & placement programs

• Strengthen existing relationships to

increase hiring mandates & repeat business

• Collaborate with

L&D, Operations & TA teams for demand-supply alignment

• Analyze

BFSI hiring trends & workforce requirements

• Negotiate

commercial terms & close strategic deals

• Ensure timely hiring

fulfillment & high client satisfaction

• Track performance metrics:

revenue, placements & account growth

Key Requirements:

• 8–12

years of experience in the

BFSI sector

• Strong network within

BFSI organizations

• Experience in

B2B sales / corporate partnerships / key account management

• Exposure to

hiring / staffing / skilling ecosystem

(preferred)

• Proven ability in

client acquisition & account growth

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Open to travel for client meetings
