About the role

The SME – Yoga will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and scaling yoga-based wellness interventions across communities. The individual will ensure scientific, authentic, and impactful delivery of yoga programs aligned with Roundglass Foundation’s mission of holistic wellbeing.

What you’ll do:

• Program Design & Development
• Develop structured yoga modules for diverse groups (children, adults, elderly, special populations).
• Integrate traditional yoga practices with modern wellness needs.
• Implementation & Delivery
• Lead and oversee on-ground yoga sessions in communities.
• Train field teams, instructors, and partners on yoga practices and protocols.
• Capacity Building
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer (ToT) programs for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Build scalable frameworks for community adoption of yoga.
• Quality Assurance
• Ensure consistency, safety, and effectiveness of all yoga interventions.
• Monitor program impact and refine modules based on feedback and outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams (health, wellbeing, field operations).
• Engage with local communities, institutions, and partners.
• Content Creation
• Contribute to creation of digital and offline content (manuals, videos, guides).
• Support integration of yoga content into apps/platforms if required.

Skills and Qualifications -

• 5–8 years of experience in teaching and designing yoga programs.
• Experience working with communities, NGOs, or public health initiatives preferred.
• Strong understanding of traditional yoga philosophy and modern wellness practices.
• Solid communication and training skills.
• Ability to work in rural/field environments.
• Program design and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
• Basic digital literacy (MS Office, content tools).
