Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Closing Manager with a proven track record of handling and closing high-value transactions (₹7 Cr+ ticket size) in luxury/premium residential projects within Bandra, Khar, and Santacruz markets. The candidate must have direct developer-side experience and strong client-facing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end closure of high-value real estate deals (₹7 Cr+).
- Handle HNIs/UHNI clients with professionalism and strong relationship management.
- Present and position luxury/premium projects effectively to prospective buyers.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, CRM, Legal) for seamless deal execution.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining a premium client experience.
- Drive negotiation and conversion strategies aligned with business targets.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate closing (Developer Lobby only).
- Proven experience in luxury/premium residential projects in Bandra, Khar & Santacruz.
- Strong exposure to ₹7 Cr+ ticket size deal closures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Well-presentable, polished personality with strong client-handling skills.
- Ability to work with high-end clientele and maintain discretion.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Background with reputed real estate developers (not IPC/brokers).
- Strong local market knowledge of Western Mumbai premium micro-markets.
- Target-driven with a closure-focused mindset.
Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
