The Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Rosthern. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, likes variety in their day, and is interested in building a long-term career in the insurance industry.
You’ll be involved in both motor license issuing and basic insurance services, while gaining exposure to the broader side of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting clients in person, over the phone, and by email
Processing policy changes, renewals, quotes, and payments
Supporting clients through questions and basic claims guidance
Keeping documentation organized and up to date
Working closely with advisors and team members to support client needs
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and organizational skills
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Comfortable with technology (Microsoft 365 and similar tools)
Willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry
Previous customer service or admin experience is an asset
