Responsibilities

• Serve as the backbone of the sales floor by recovering departments, sizing apparel, and ensuring merchandise is neatly organized.
• Act with urgency to move new shipments from the stockroom to the floor, following brand guidelines for presentation.
• Keep the store safe and clean by handling spills, sweeping, and maintaining clear pathways to all exits.
• Greet every customer with a smile and assist them with questions or locating specific items.
• Support the front-end team by jumping onto a register during busy periods to keep checkout lines moving efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of integrity by following loss prevention protocols and safeguarding company assets.
• Assist with the mark-out-of-stock (MOS) process and ensure all damaged or unsellable items are handled per company policy.
