About Us

Rose Roofing and Restoration serves customers in multiple states including Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Ohio.

The Role

This position involves neighborhood canvassing to engage homeowners and assess potential roof and exterior damage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct neighborhood canvassing
• Discuss roof damage with homeowners
• Schedule roof inspections
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process
• Build and maintain a customer pipeline

Compensation Package:

• Independent contractor role (1099)
• Uncapped commission opportunities
• Projected first-year earnings between $65,000 and $150,000+
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
• Monthly performance bonuses
• Bi-annual 30% production bonuses

Work Schedule:
