Job Description

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s/associate degreeRequired Skills/Experience:
  • 5+ years in data engineering/CRM/CDP
  • 2+ years hands-on with Salesforce Data Cloud (or similar CDP).
  • Strong SQL, identity resolution experience, and hands-on with Data Cloud entities (DMOs, Data Graphs, Calculated Insights, Segments, Activation).
  • Proven activation experience across Marketing Cloud, Advertising, and Sales/Service.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT, streaming (Kafka/Kinesis), APIs, and Git-based CI/CD.
  • Strong understanding of privacy/consent and PII/PHI protection.
  • Top 3 Skills: SQL, CRM/CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Python/dbt; MDM tools; Reverse ETL; Data warehouse experience (Amazon Redshift); Einstein Studio or model operationalization, CopadoJob Description:
  • Design and implement Data Cloud pipelines (Data Streams, DMOs, Calculated Insights) to build a scalable Profile System with high-quality identity resolution and golden records.
  • Build and optimize segments and activation to Marketing Cloud, Advertising platforms, Sales/Service, and Commerce with privacy-safe matching and deduplication.
  • Define and implement identity resolution rulesets (deterministic/probabilistic), tuning for precision/recall, and measurable profile completeness.
  • Implement data governance and consent modeling; ensure compliance (GDPR/CCPA) across ingestion, unification, and activation.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and CRM teams to translate business use cases into Data Cloud data models, insights, and event-driven activation.
  • Establish CI/CD, automated data quality checks, monitoring, lineage, and SLA reporting for ingestion and activation.
  • Collaborate on Lakehouse Federation/Zero-Copy patterns with Amazon Redshift/Databricks for analytics and ML integration (Einstein Studio or external).**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.**
