Job Description: As a member of RCPL-FAC, you will be responsible for GDC post casting processes including Riser cuttings, Sandering, De coring, and Heat treatment. Your key responsibilities will involve post cast production execution as per PPC requirement, material movement to the next stage and receipt, cutting fixture development for Production process, operating as per Standard Operating Procedures, maintaining accountability of castings and returns, ensuring 5S & Safety of the workman & Equipment, as well as training, coaching, and motivating employees.
