Executive Education Program DirectorRemote (India) | U.S. Time ZoneAbout the CompanyWe operate a growing professional education and coaching platform focused on helping Commercial Real Estate professionals (agents and investors) build skills and grow their businesses.Our programs include live training workshops (in-person and virtual), coaching programs, and online courses delivered to professionals across the United States and Canada. We are expanding our education platform and looking for a strong operator to help manage and scale our training programs.OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized and dependable Executive Education Program Director to coordinate and run our weekly training events and coaching programs.You will work directly with the CEO to plan, organize, and execute multiple virtual and in-person training sessions each week while supporting students and helping expand our education programs.You will also support the growth of our platform by assisting with business development activities (B2C and B2B), including following up with prospective students and identifying new training opportunities and partnerships.This role requires someone who can operate independently and take ownership of our training programs.
