Job Description
- Understand customer needs and identify how Rohde & Schwarz products can provide technical solutions
- Cultivate new customer relationships and develop into lasting partnerships
- Expand and grow existing customer relationships
- Grow market share and exceed quota
- Build and manage a strong sales funnel
- Ensure accurate and timely tracking of business opportunities and customer contacts
- Work closely with other account managers, business development managers, program management, product line management, engineering and other core functional leaders across the segment and corporate organizational structure.
- Establish effective working relationships with the sales teams at the company headquarters in Munich, Germany and with the DS&CI team at Rohde & Schwarz America.
- Act as a contributing member of the DS&CI sales team for Secure Communications, Infrastructure and Networks, and Monitoring and Analytics, following guidelines and processes.
