Fine Sight is looking for someone to join our team as an entry-level Rogers Sales Associate and embark on an exciting, long-term career journey. As an authorized representative of Rogers Telecommunications products and services, we take pride in our partnership and our ability to bring Rogers directly to local homeowners in a way that improves customer retention, satisfaction, and creates long-term business opportunities. The Rogers Sales Associate is responsible for executing residential field sales strategies, conducting in-home consultations with homeowners and decision-makers, identifying their needs, and closing sales to achieve KPIs and client targets.
Entry-Level Rogers Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers directly at their homes to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that best fit their communication and entertainment requirements
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest client products and services to effectively educate customers and promote offerings that enhance their connectivity experience
- Sales Excellence: Drive sales by effectively communicating the value of products and services, while converting customer inquiries into sales opportunities, negotiating and upselling when needed
- Relationship Building: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and enhance the overall customer experience and brand image
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams to achieve individual and team targets, contributing to the overall success of the organization
